A professional engineer with over 25 years experience in leadership, operations and project management. Jason has been in leadership capacities with over a dozen companies, raised over $30 million in private equity, managed various asset and corporate acquisitions totalling over $250mm  and has project managed over $1.4 billion over the course of his career.

At Rustica Strategies, Jason has been a consulting businessman, consulting dozens of companies as a consulting advisor and various fractional technical and CXO roles.

 When he is not pursuing the next entrepreneurial adventure, Jason enjoys time with his family, soccer coaching, weight training, music, and mountain activities.
